The Forensic Roster of the Encounter:

  1. Hasatan & The Watcher Gadreel (The Infiltrators):
    • Satan was the unseen architect who desired the title deed of creation.
    • Gadreel is explicitly named in 1 Enoch 69:6:

      “And the third was named Gadreel: he it is who showed the children of men all the blows of death, and he led astray Chauah (Eve), and showed the weapons of death to the sons of men…”

  2. The Upright Serpent (The Biological Vessel):
    • Before the curse (“upon your belly shall you go”), the serpent was an upright, magnificent creature possessing the capacity for speech and locomotion, used as a biological megaphone.

    • Innocent and inexperienced with deception, she was beguiled by the illusion of gaining wisdom.

    • In Genesis 3:6, the Hebrew text states plainly:

      “…she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband WITH HER [עִמָּהּ - Immah]; and he did eat.”

    • Adam was not miles away across the garden; he was standing right there beside his wife!
    • Adam heard the serpent calling Yahuah a liar. He had received the direct commandment from Yahuah before Chauah (Eve) was created (Genesis 2:16–17).
    • Adam remained silent. He failed to protect his wife, failed to rebuke the beast, watched her eat, and then willingly took the fruit from her hand!
    • This is why 1 Timothy 2:14 and Romans 5:12 place the legal guilt of high treason squarely upon Adam: “Adam was not deceived.”

    • In The Apocalypse of Moses (Chapters 7–9), it is revealed that the guardian angels assigned to guard Eden had ascended to the heavenly courts at that exact hour to offer their appointed time of incense and praise before the Throne of Yahuah.
    • Satan and Gadreel had timed their infiltration to strike at the exact moment the guardian shift ascended for worship!

Adam was not a homeless gardener. In Genesis 1:26–28, Yahuah conferred upon Adam:

  • The Sovereign Title Deed of the Earth: Total custody and dominion over the land, the air, the seas, and every living creature.
  • The Celestial Garment of Light: Adam and Chauah (Eve) were clothed in radiant garments of glory and immortality.

When Adam obeyed Hasatan rather than Yahuah, Adam legally transferred the deed of the earth to Satan:

  • An ancient legal maxim: “To whom you yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants you are to whom you obey” (Romans 6:16).
  • This is why Hasatan was able to boldly take Yahusha to a high mountain in Luke 4:6 and declare:

4. Why Yahuah Did Not Just Destroy Everything: The Cosmic Courtroom

Humans often ask: “If Yahuah is Almighty, why didn’t He just obliterate Satan on the spot and restart?”

Because Yahuah is not a tyrant; He is the Supreme Righteous Judge of the Universe:

  • Righteousness and Justice are the foundation of His Throne (Psalm 89:14).
  • If Yahuah had used raw, brute force to destroy Satan without a trial, the heavenly host (the millions of messengers and watchers) could have questioned His justice: “Does Yahuah rule by righteousness and truth, or simply by brute force because He is stronger?”
  • Satan had brought a legal accusation against Yahuah’s character and man’s loyalty.
  • Therefore, the legal case had to be played out in front of the heavenly courtroom witnesses. The debt incurred by a man (the First Adam) had to be legally bought back and repaid by a Man (the Second Adam)!

In the ancient Cave of Treasures and the First Book of Adam and Chauah (Eve) (Chapters 1–14), the true emotion of Heaven is unveiled:
